Ed Kaiser, Esq. is a licensed attorney in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Nevada, with over a decade of experience in multi-jurisdictional legal practice. His expertise spans real estate, business law, estates and trusts, litigation, and dispute resolution. Ed graduated magna cum laude from both the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire and William Mitchell College of Law. Throughout his career, he has served as in-house counsel for several mid-sized Midwestern companies and currently serves as General Counsel for a leading multi-state real estate brokerage.
Ed also provides legal consulting as an attorney of record for the Integrated Trust Systems digital estate planning platform, combining legal oversight with cutting-edge technology. His background includes teaching as an adjunct law professor in Modern Real Estate Transactions, offering CLE and continuing education credits for attorneys and licensed professionals, and making public and media appearances as a speaker and podcast guest.
As the founder of DeadTalk Consulting Services, Ed delivers engaging educational seminars—known as “DeadTalks”—designed to simplify estate planning concepts and empower individuals to create and implement sensible, cost-effective end-of-life strategies. Through public speaking, professional training programs, and hands-on guidance, Ed works to make estate planning accessible and understandable for everyday individuals and families.
